How does the Organizer work?

The Organizer is a downloadable file with over 300 user-friendly lists and templates to help you organize all of the areas of your life - to suit all your long and short term needs. Unlike anything else available, you can type all your information into your interactive Organizer on your computer (a great way to save on paper) or if you prefer, you can print out your Organizer and fill it out by hand - the choice is yours.

What software do I need?

You only need Adobe Reader Version 9 to use our Organizer, which is free and available by clicking here. Make sure you have the latest version for best results.

How will I get my Organizer?

The Organizer (and all of our products) are digital downloads and have been designed to download quickly on to your computer so that you can start using them immediately. We do not send out hard (paper) copies at this stage.

How long will the download take?

Once you have purchased the Download of the interactive Organizer it will take around four minutes per section to load onto your computer. Ebooks take a matter of seconds. Easy.

How do I get my download?

Your download(s) will be available to you on the final page of the Checkout process entitled Receipt & Download(s). Your Download(s) can be found under the heading Downloads at the bottom of the page and are shown in dark blue writing. It is very important that you follow the download instructions carefully. It is a simple process but you must take care to follow the instructions so that your download process is smooth and trouble-free.

What do I have to do to download my file(s)?

When you have reached the final page of the Checkout process, locate the blue download links at the bottom of the page under the heading Downloads. Simply Right Click on each link (control click for Mac users) and Save target as ... to save the file(s) on to your computer. If you have more than one file to download, repeat the process for each one. Make sure that you do not click on the "Done" button until all of your files have been safely downloaded on to your computer.

How much space will the organizers take up?

Each section of the Organizer is approx 1 megabyte each.

How will I get updates?

We will notify you when there are any updates available for your Organizer such as yearly Calendars, new lists and so on. You won't have to buy the whole thing again - just the bits you need.

We help all types of people: from those who are so dis-organized they couldn't find their head if it wasn't part of their body - to those who are list-lovers -and everyone else in between. No matter what our personality type we all need to keep on top of the same home affairs and this is the most effective way to do just that.

What should I expect from using the Organizer?

You should expect to significantly cut down on the paperwork around your house. You will save more time - starting with small amounts and working up to bigger chunks of time. You will find paperwork quicker than in the past and you should also start to remember things that previously didn't 'come to mind' when you needed it; you will be more productive and you will be able to spend more time doing what lights you up. How much time would I need to put in to using the Organizer?

It is completely up to you how much you want to spend using your Organizer. Some people use it daily, some weekly. It all depends on how busy you are, the stage of life you are at, and what you want to achieve from using the Organize Your Life system. Remember baby steps will get you there!!

The Organizer seems very comprehensive and has lots of content - will it all be relevant?

Some of the contents may not be relevant to you but the majority of it will. The solution to this is simple: if you do not have children or own your own home for example, then either ignore those bits or take them out of the Organizer completely. Easy!

Is it something the whole family can use?

Yes a lot of our customers tell us the Organizer is used as a reference point for the whole family. They quickly get into the habit of looking in there when they need to find something and jot down their own info for future reference as well. (This is applicable if you use it on your PC or print out the pages and use them as hardcopy in a folder).

What if I can't open my file when it's on my computer?

If you have downloaded your file and can't open it make sure that you have 1. unzipped your file(s) and 2. that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.
